A  provided you entered a valid email address when you made your purchase you will be sent an email by Armstrongs Online Store with a link to your track(s). Sometimes this can take a few minutes, in rare cases up to half an hour. If you still have no email, it's possible that either your mail server or your mail software is treating it as spam; please contact us and let us know and we will send you a link by return email.

Q  I can’t hear the sample track, what am I doing wrong?

A  It's possible you don't have the volume turned up on your soundcard.
